Operating from Pretoria with active expansion into the United States, we are the Group’s specialist smart-home division. We fit out our own luxury developments with full home-automation systems at cost, creating a differentiated product at premium price points, and replicating the same integration in the South Florida luxury segment where smart-home features command meaningful premiums.
We maintain direct dealer agreements with the world’s leading smart-home manufacturers, backed by full technical support, supply continuity and certified installation credentials. Every system is designed, installed and supported by our own team, never sub-contracted.

From the first site walk to the system’s tenth year, the same team designs, installs and supports every project. No sub-contracted handover.
Consult
An on-site walk-through with the client, understanding the home, the household and the way it will be used day-to-day, before any equipment is specified.
Design
System architecture, equipment selection and infrastructure drawings, delivered alongside an itemised proposal, ready for sign-off before a single cable is pulled.
Install
Pre-wire during build, second-fix during finishing, commissioning at handover, all carried out by our in-house team, not by a sub-contractor.
Support
Ongoing maintenance, software updates and remote technical aftercare for the life of the system. The system you commission is the system we keep running.
FAQ
Practical answers, before you commission.
How long does a full install take?
On a greenfield build, six to eight weeks of on-site work alongside the construction trades. On a finished home, two to four weeks depending on scope and access.
Can you retrofit into an existing home?
Yes. Most disciplines retrofit cleanly using wireless protocols or by routing through accessible ceiling voids. We do a complimentary pre-design site visit before quoting any retrofit.
What does ongoing maintenance look like?
A scheduled annual on-site visit, plus remote technical aftercare and software updates through the year. Most issues are resolved without ever sending a technician.
Do you work outside SA and the US?
South Africa and the United States are our current primary markets. We have completed projects further afield through partner networks and will quote on overseas projects case-by-case.
What if a brand we want isn’t on your roster?
We will source from outside the existing dealer network where it is the right product for the project. Most premium brands we do not list are still available through indirect channels.
Will the system still work in ten years?
Yes. We choose platforms with proven long-term support and we maintain the system for as long as you own the home. Updates and patches roll out as they release.
