Three Continents · Four Countries
An African-born, internationally active enterprise.
From Pretoria roots in 2016, grown into a multi-sector enterprise spanning four specialist branches, stewarding more than R500 million in group assets across South Africa, Namibia, Italy and the United States.
One Group. Four branches. A single standard.
Although the four branches operate in very different sectors, they are run as one business, sharing capital, standards and, where it makes sense, people and equipment. Property is fitted out by our own automation team, and mining runs on our own machinery and crews. The result is a group that controls quality and cost across the whole chain.
Our model is defined by four principles: vertical integration, where each branch supports and is supported by the others; long-term asset ownership across the Group’s core holdings; institutional-grade governance applied at the Group level; and one uncompromising standard of quality across every project, in every jurisdiction. In practice, that means the discipline of a large institution paired with the speed of a hands-on owner.
Four principles that govern every branch.
All Built In-House
Nothing is outsourced. Every branch is staffed, equipped and run by the Group itself, so four divisions move as one.
Long-Term Ownership
We build to own and operate. Developments, mines and equipment are stewarded for the long term, and that horizon shapes every decision we make.
Uncompromising Quality
The same benchmark holds in every market we work in, from the marble detailing in a Pretoria penthouse to an ISO-certified mine in Namibia.
Institutional Governance
ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 in mining, JORC & SAMREC compliant geology and audited financial discipline at the Group level.
Structure
Four branches. One operating model.
Each branch is a specialist business in its own right, and a working partner to the others. Property fits out with Automation. Mining is supported by Machinery. Together, they are the Group.
